Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AdaptLeads (“we”), a Reeveos product, handles personal data. It is written in plain English; it is a starting point and not legal advice.

The data we hold

• Your account data — your email, name, company and a hashed password — used only to run your account. We never sell it.
• Business contact data — company names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, and business-context personal data such as a director's name and a work email address. This is compiled from public and free sources (e.g. Companies House, business websites, public regulator registers).

Lawful basis

For business contact data we rely on legitimate interests — providing B2B sales intelligence between businesses — balanced against the rights of the individuals concerned, and limited to a professional/business context. Marketing to corporate subscribers is handled in line with PECR; we honour opt-outs and suppression.

Your rights

• Access, rectification, erasure or suppression, objection, and restriction.
• To exercise any of these, email hello@reeveos.app. We action removal/suppression requests promptly.

Sharing

When a buyer spends a credit to reveal a lead, that lead's business contact details are shared with that buyer — that is the service. We use processors such as Stripe (payments) and Resend (email). We do not sell your account data.

Security & retention

Passwords are hashed; access is restricted. We keep data only as long as needed to run the service or as required by law, and remove suppressed records from the marketplace.
