Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AdaptLeads (“the service”), a Reeveos product. By creating an account you agree to them. This is a plain-English summary, not legal advice.

Eligibility & account

• The service is for business use only. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Credits

• Credits are a prepaid metering unit. One reveal spends credits per the price shown. Credits do not expire.
• Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Free welcome credits have no cash value.

Acceptable use

• Use revealed contacts for legitimate B2B outreach only, and comply with PECR, UK GDPR and applicable marketing law when you contact them. You are the sender and are responsible for your own outreach and consent/opt-out handling.
• No reselling or bulk redistribution of the raw data, no unlawful, misleading or abusive use, and no attempts to disrupt or scrape the service.

Data accuracy

We compile from public/free sources and continuously verify, but we provide the data on a best-effort basis without warranty of accuracy or fitness. Grades and verification indicate our confidence, not a guarantee. Always confirm before you send.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes & termination

We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be notified. You may close your account at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
